About the event
You might not realize it, but the inflammatory foods and beverages we commonly consume are wreaking havoc on our minds and bodies, resulting in brain fog, aches and pains, weight gain and more. This guided 21-day program is designed to reduce these common issues by removing the foods that cause them and incorporating foods that help you feel your best. The program kicks off with a preparatory Zoom meeting, followed by three weekly Zoom meetings in which we will eliminate and add certain foods to help heal your gut, clear your mind, beat bloat and lose weight. Each week we meet to discuss our experiences, share our success and struggles.
This Nutritional Detox is guided with approved food lists, protocol and education.

The first meeting is our introductory meeting. Here we will go over in great detail how the plan works, what we are trying to accomplish and the ins and outs of each week. We will spend the first week preparing for the 21 day reset.

What is the program?
This is 4 week guided wellness program designed to help you feel and look better. We meet once a week as a group, via zoom, to support and learn not only from the wellness coach, but also from each other. You will be provided an approved food list which is full of rich and satisfying foods. There will be smoothies, soups, healthy snacks and meals. The first week is a preparatory week, giving you time to prepare your kitchen and calendar, as well as mentally prepare. Weeks two-four (21 DAYS) will be the same routine, but you will experience different “feel goods” as we go along.
