About the event
This program is a holistic dive into your whole being and wellness. We provide a workbook and daily tasks to help you move in the direction of optimal wellness. We meet once a week for discussion and guidance.

During each session, we’ll focus on a pillar of health that is necessary for optimal health. You’ll journal, set goals, meet like-minded people and experience a next-level in your wellbeing. The only prerequisites are a belief in your ability to thrive and an open mind.
